A Great Product!August 8, 2010 Beverly I just love my Instyler Rotating Hot Iron! It's easy to use, and leaves my hair smooth and shiny through out the day. I've tried expensive shampoo's and conditioners, curling irons, and flat irons. Nothing worked for my limp, frizzed, thin, fly away hair. This is the only product that worked for me.

I purchased this item and it worked great for 3 months. I called InStyler and they informed me that they would not honor the warranty unless I had the original sales receipt, even though I sent in the warranty card registration. InStyler customer service is sadly lacking and the product is poorly made.

Bought this product last year, have only used once or twice. Sometimes the barrel turns slow or not at all, hair can get caught in the barrel, made my hair frizzy, takes forever for product to cool down so it can be put away. I don't think it was at all worth the money and I only paid $60 when I purchased it brand new.
Best Purchase Ever!July 14, 2010 K. ralph(chicago) I took a risk getting this because I read a few mixed reviews, however, this product is amazing! I have extremey curly hair and with the Instyler its done in less then 45 minutes. Its not as amzing as it looks i nthe commercial, but pretty close! I love the comb that comes with it, its so nice! I dont like the noise, but its so great i dont mind. i promise you, once you use the instyler, you will never go back to your old hair straightener!
